Michelle Beasley was born in and raised Kansas City, Missouri. 
Michele Beasley is a self taught artist, who is known for her
 figurative watercolors and three dimensional collage paintings. 
Michelle works in various mediums. She prefers water color 
for its layering quality. She uses color as a metaphor illustrating 
the interdependence and separation of her subjects. 

The written text used as multiple layered back ground in many of her series works does convey an ongoing visual dialogue for the viewer. Michele attended University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri 
Michele continues to live and work in Kansas City.
